Copyright Policy
Do not upload or submit copyrighted text, photos, videos, graphics, or other media unless you own the rights, have permission, or the material is otherwise lawful to submit. PA Today may remove or reject content when rights are unclear.
Media Rights Policy
Submitted photos, logos, images, video links, captions, and credits must include accurate rights context when available. Public display of media may be delayed or denied until PA Today can review source, permission, caption, and appropriate use.
Community Guidelines
Use PA Today respectfully. Do not submit harassment, threats, hate, private personal details, misleading claims, impersonation, spam, or content that targets minors unfairly. Accounts that abuse submissions or claims may be suspended.
Submission Guidelines
Scores, stats, claims, corrections, team updates, roster notes, and profile edits should include source context whenever possible. Submissions may be approved, edited, rejected, marked duplicate, or held for more information.
Corrections Policy
PA Today welcomes corrections to schedules, scores, rosters, staff, rankings, articles, and public profile details. Corrections are reviewed against available sources before changing official records.
Content Removal Process
To request removal or review of public content, contact admin@patoday.app with the page URL, the issue, and any supporting context. PA Today may preserve verified sports records and audit history when needed for accuracy and integrity.
Minor Privacy Policy
PA Today avoids publishing private contact information, private recruiting notes, sensitive academic details, family contact details, or other unnecessary personal information about minors. Public athletic information should remain relevant, respectful, and source-supported.
Acceptable Use Policy
Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape aggressively, interfere with service operation, submit malicious files, automate spam, abuse email flows, or use PA Today for unlawful activity.
Recruiting Disclaimer
Recruiting information, offers, commitments, positions, measurements, and rankings may be incomplete or change over time. PA Today is not a recruiting service and does not guarantee recruiting accuracy or eligibility outcomes.
Analytics and Cookie Disclosure
PA Today may use privacy-conscious analytics, logs, cookies, or similar technologies to operate the app, protect accounts, understand usage, improve performance, and measure feature reliability. Future analytics features should respect user privacy and avoid selling personal data.
