Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, role, favorite team, and authentication details. If you submit a claim, correction, score, player stat, or profile update, we collect the information you provide, including verification links and notes.
Public Football Data
Team pages, schedules, scores, rosters, coach pages, player pages, rankings, and articles may be publicly visible. We avoid publishing private contact information, private recruiting notes, academic details, or sensitive questionnaire data unless it is already appropriate for public release.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate accounts, review claims, verify submissions, maintain official records, prevent abuse, communicate about account or submission status, and improve the app.
Service Providers
PA Today uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to operate the app.
Data Review and Corrections
Users can submit corrections for public records. Coaches and team representatives can request claims and submit updates for admin review. Approved changes become part of verified public records.
